Parliamentarians proposed for Panel of Chairs

Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena yesterday announced the list of MPs nominated for the Panel of Chairs of the fourth session of the Ninth Parliament.

Accordingly, Velu Kumar, Mayantha Dissanayake, Imran Maharoof, Harshana Rajakaruna, Rohini Kumari Wijerathna, Hesha Withanage, Kokila Gunawardene, Premnath C. Dolawatte, Wasantha Yapabandara, Shanakiyan Rajaputhiran Rasamanickam, Madhura Withanage, Weerasumana Weerasinghe, Samanpriya Herath and Dr. Harini Amarasuriya have been nominated by the Speaker to serve in the Panel of Chairs.

The announcement was made in terms of Standing Order 143 of the Parliament.
