The Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs. 1.56 billion of Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd., the owner of leading mobility solutions app PickMe, has been oversubscribed on its opening day yesterday.
The offer was 43,474,179 ordinary voting shares at a price of Rs. 36 per share.
The IPO by Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd., attracted applications surpassing the offer value, showcasing strong investor demand, the Colombo Stock Exchange said.
