President says no need to panic

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday appeal to the public not to panic over COVID-19 as the Government has taken all precautionary measures. 

“The Govt has taken all necessary steps & a well thought out plan has been put in place, to contain the spread of #coronavirus in #LKA,” Rajapaksa said in a tweet. “I request all citizens not to panic unnecessarily & disregard rumors/fake news, as we have not left any room for disruption of day to day life,” the President added.
