President to address the nation tomorrow

President Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to address the nation tomorrow at 8.00 p.m.

His special address is to live telecast on all television channels.

Sources said the President will announce the breakthrough in external debt restructuring with the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with bilateral creditors as well as progress in the country and outlook for the future.
