Prime Lands Residencies goes for $ 65 m project

Prime Lands Residencies PLC has secured an expansion of its Board of Investment (BOI) approval for The Colombo Border project last week.

“This approval facilitates an investment of $ 65 million into the said project,” Prime said in a disclosure to the Colombo Stock Exchange.
