RW renews assertion polls will be held on time

President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday informed the Maha Nayaka of the Ramagna Maha Nikaya Most Ven. Makulewe Wimala Thera that he had informed the Election Commissioner of the need to hold the Presidential election at the right time.

This was conveyed when Wickremesinghe visited the Sangha headquarters of the Ramagna Maha Nikaya in Narahenpita and briefed him on the country’s economic and financial progress and also received his blessings.
