Registrar of Companies Dept. temporarily closes to public

Considering the current COVID-19 outbreak in the country, as a preventive measure the Department of Registrar of Companies has decided to temporarily suspend the entry of public to the premises until further notice.

Issuing a statement Registrar General of Companies D.N.R. Siriwardena said the department would remain closed to the public until further notice.

However, incorporation of companies, registration of societies and public contracts can still be submitted online, via its official website.

Public can call on 0112-2689616 for matters regarding registration of companies, 0112-689215 for registration of public contracts and 0112-689239 for IT Unit/e-ROC-System related matters.
