Royle Jansz appointed Deputy Chairman at Melstacorp

Executive Director Royle Jansz, has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman at Melstacorp PLC.

Jansz is a Director of Stassen Group, Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC, Lanka Milk Foods Group and Aitken Spence PLC.

He is the Chairman of Melsta Hospitals Ragama Ltd. and Melsta Hospitals Colombo North Ltd. He was a former Chairman of DFCC Bank and the Sri Lanka Shippers Council.

Jansz holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance from London Metropolitan University, UK.

He is a Chevening Scholar and an UN-ESCAP Certified Training Manager on Maritime

Transport for Shippers.

Jansz specialises in the movement and finance of international trade and has many years of practical experience in these fields.

With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Melstacorp comprises Chairman D.H.S. Jayawardena, Deputy Chairman C.R. Jansz , Managing Director M.A.N.S. Perera, N.D.S. Deva Aditya, K.J. Kahanda, A.N. Balasuriya, D. Hasitha S. Jayawardena, D.S.T. Jayawardena, L.U.D. Fernando, R. Mihular and V.J. Seneviratne (alternate to N.D.S. Deva Aditya).
