A Chinese couple and a Sri Lankan man were arrested for allegedly defrauding over Rs. 14 billion from nearly 8,000 Sri Lankans through ‘Sports Chain’, which claims to be a cryptocurrency investment platform since 2020 the Police Spokesman said yesterday.
