SEC approves de-listing of Expolanka

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka has granted its approval on 7 May for the de-listing of Expolanka Holdings PLC.

This is pursuant to the application made by the Company on 3 April at an exit offer price of Rs. 185 per share. The shareholders at an EGM on 27 March approved the delisting worth Rs. 63 billion.

Expolanka said it will take all actions necessary to complete the process expeditiously and will get in touch with all the shareholders in respect of the offer document shortly.
