SEC approves de-listing of Nestle Lanka

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the de-listing of Nestle Lanka PLC.

In a disclosure to the Colombo Stock Exchange, Nestle Lanka said the approval was following the Company applying for same at an exit offer price of Rs. 1,5001 per share.

On 30 June, the special resolution to delist was approved by Nestlé Lanka shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting with over 75% of shareholders present in person or by proxy voting in favour.
