Former MP Sajin Vass Gunawardena yesterday called for the resignation of SJB Sajith Premadasa as the Opposition Leader.

“Best is for Sajith Premadasa to step down gracefully as the Leader of the Opposition and let the party select a new LOP as more than half the SJB has voted for Ranil Wickremesinghe,” opined Gunawardena via a tweet.
