Senthilverl Holdings ups stake in Asia Asset Finance to 10%

High net worth low profile investor Dr. Senthilverl’s Senthilverl Holdings Ltd. has upped the 10 % mark in Asia Asset Finance PLC.

His latest acquisition of 63,053 shares at the peak of up to Rs. 14.50 per share yesterday has seen his shareholding cross the 10% mark in the finance company as per the disclosure of Mohammed Riyas of Senfin Securities Ltd.

Control of Asia Asset Finance is held by India’s leading finance Muthoot Finance, the flagship of conglomerate Muthoot Group.

Asia Asset Finance has consolidated its position with a strong foundation of 77 branches in the country.

Senthilverl Holdings is now the second largest shareholder of Asia Asset Finance.
