Singer Finance to raise Rs. 1 b via high yield listed Bonds

Singer Finance PLC has announced plans to raise Rs. 1 billion via listed high yield Bonds.

A decision to this effect was approved by the Board of Directors.

The company will issue up to 10 million Tier 2, Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable, High Yield Bonds of Rs. 100 each to raise a maximum of Rs. 1 billion with a tenor of five years.

The issue will be carried out subject to receiving approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and all other necessary regulatory approvals.
