Sri Lanka night in Davos, Switzerland

A Sri Lanka night was held for the first time to showcase Sri Lankan cuisine, tourist attractions and culture on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

A Sri Lankan business delegation participated at Davos events with the President. The President addressed several high level events including three business forums. The highlight was the Sri Lanka night – a Networking Reception inclusive of Sri Lankan buffet organised at the mountain at the “Fuxägufer in Davos.

The event was organised by the Swiss-Asian Business Chamber and the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka. President’s Chief of Staff Sagala Rathnayake and Swiss-Asian Chamber Asian Chapter President Mark Dangel spoke at the event and highlighted Sri Lanka’s recovery and potential for investment and tourism.
