TRI-ZEN by John Keells Properties celebrates completion as largest residential development in Colombo

John Keells Properties and Indra Traders hosted an event on 28 February to mark the successful completion of TRI-ZEN, the largest residential development in the heart of Colombo. 

Situated in Union Place, Colombo 2, TRI-ZEN is an 897-unit apartment complex designed to redefine urban living by seamlessly blending technology, accessibility, and contemporary design. This highly anticipated occasion brought together the project’s stakeholders and members of the media to celebrate the completion of this highly ambitious venture.

A special ceremony, held to mark the completion, was attended by notable dignitaries, including Indra Traders Chairman Indra Silva, Managing Director Rushanka Silva, John Keells Group President – Property Sector Nayana Mawilmada, John Keells Properties Sector Head and John Keells Group Executive Vice President Inoke Perera and key representatives from the media. 

The event took place at TRI-ZEN’s rooftop on the 52nd floor, where the ceremony began with a special message from Nayana Mawilmada, Rushanka Silva and Nadeem Shums.
