For the first time since the East Sunday terror attacks of 2019, the travel and tourism industry have united to back the Government’s efforts to resume tourism in a post-COVID-19 era.

Heads of The Hotels Association of Sri Lanka (THASL), Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tourist Operators (SLAITO), Association of Small and Medium Enterprises In Tourism (ASMET), Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka (TAASL), and the Tourism Advisory Committee, as well as One Industry One Voice members will hold a joint media briefing today at the Ramada Hotel in support of the Government’s ‘Re-open Sri Lanka for Tourism’ initiative.
