Travel ban issued on Aloysius and other PTL bigwigs

The Fort Magistrate yesterday issued a travel ban on Perpetual Treasuries Ltd. (PTL) former Director Arjun Aloysius, PTL CEO Kasun Palisena, Chief Dealer Nuwan Salgado and IT Executive Sachith Dewathantri, all of whom, except Aloysius, have testified before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on the controversial Treasury bond issuance of 27 February 2015.
