University of Colombo inaugurates Executive MBA Program 2021/2023

The Inauguration of the 7th intake of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program of the University of Colombo was held on the 26th November 2021 from 6.00 pm onwards at the auditorium of the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. The EMBA program of the Postgraduate and Mid-career Development Unit (PGMCDU), Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo is a premier MBA offered by a national university in Sri Lanka. 

The Dean of the Faculty of Management and Finance, Professor Pradeep Dharmadasa was the Chief Guest at the inauguration ceremony while the Unit Coordinator of the PGMCDU, Professor A. A. Azeez welcomed the guests and the students. 

Boshan Dayaratne, CEO of the CICRA Holdings and the President of the MBA Alumni Association, University of Colombo delivered the keynote note speech. The event was also attended by Dr. Sajitha Dishanka, Head of the Department of International Business, Dr. Nishani Ekanayake, the coordinator of the EMBA program, Senaka Ekanayake, Secretary of the MBA Alumni Association and the students’ of the new intake of the 2021/2023 EMBA program. The EMBA program of the University of Colombo is a highly customized Master’s Degree program designed to enhance the capabilities, skills and qualifications of senior level managers. The program will help learning partners to accelerate their already successful careers by providing them a platform to develop themselves further to improve their leadership and managerial skills.
