Whoever comes into power:

• Should put a supreme value on their time – because how they invest their time and energy (to plan and execute) will impact the much-needed socio-economic and governance transformation.
• The biggest thief of productivity is playing ‘Chief Guest’ and being part of media drama, which adds no value to the economy or society.
• Instead, do a quarterly ‘Face the Nation’ – with specific quantified achievements and deliverables.
• Industry associations, chambers, and schools – please stop inviting politicians as chief guests. Instead, invite professionals and intellectuals.
