Professor Roger Lehman, the founder and first Executive Director of INSEAD Global Leadership Center (IGLC), will be delivering a keynote address on ‘Leading Innovation: What Every Leader Should Know’ at the Amcham CEO forum on 31 July 2012 at Hotel Galadari.
Lehman is the Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD’s Business School. INSEAD is currently ranked as the number one non-US business school by several leading publications including Bloomberg BusinessWeek, QS Global 200 Business Schools Report and Forbes.
The Financial Times ranked it number four in the world at 2011. Based on the concepts outlined in the bestselling book Innovators DNA, authored by three professors from Harvard, Wharton and INSEAD business schools, Lehman’s address will focus on best practices of world’s most innovative organisations.
It will outline key steps of discovery driven innovative organisations such as questioning, observing, experimenting, networking and associating.
It will also focus on the leadership qualities necessary to build an innovative culture such as sense-making, relating, visioning and inventing within a collaborative organisational framework. The purpose of the CEO forum is to provide pragmatic ideas and frameworks that can be utilised to manage organisational challenges related to innovation and leadership.
The CEO Forum also features a special address by Cabinet Minister of State Management Reforms Navin Dissanayake.
