Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide Plc is to incorporate a subsidiary in Singapore to carryout retail business. The new venture aims to conduct internet sales or online selling in addition to supplying key buyers. Equity of the subsidiary will be equally owned by Blue Diamonds and ECL Soft Ltd.
