The worldwide spiritual leader of the Borah Community, His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb, the 53rd Dai Al Mutlaq, made a courtesy call on President Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka at Temple Trees on Wednesday.
President’s Office said the meeting was very cordial and President Rajapaksa mentioned about the last visit of his father His Holiness, Late Syedna Burhanuddin Saheb and his blessings for the country. “His Holiness commended the great leadership of the President for his excellent work in the rapid development of Sri Lanka,” the statement from the President’s office said. – Pix by Chandana Perera
