Former Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal smiles as he returns from the Financial Crimes Division (FCID) of the Police yesterday. Cabraal was questioned by the FCID in connection with misappropriation of state funds on the pretext of canvassing to win the government bid to hold the Commonwealth Games -2018 in Sri Lanka.
