CB nod for Orient Finance to list

Orient Finance Plc (formerly known as Bartleet Finance Plc) will be listing on the Colombo Stock Exchange via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The company said the Central Bank had granted approval for this move in principal via its letter of 1 September 2015.

The specific details of the IPO will be communicated shortly.
