Cinnamon TBC Asia 2014, the first-ever Travel Bloggers Conference to be held in the whole of Asia, kicks off today at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo at 8.30 a.m. for leading industry participants who are interested in increasing their media exposure through blogging and other digital mediums.
The conference features an eminent panel of speakers such as Allison Busacca – Editor of BBC Travel, Steve Keenan – former Editor of the London Times, Sarah Mathews – Senior Sales Manager APAC of Trip Advisor, and Craig Martin – President of the Professional Travel Bloggers Association.
Cinnamon TBC Asia 2014 is presented by Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts in partnership with SriLankan Airlines, Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel and the Professional Travel Bloggers Association.
Other speakers include Google Industry Manager Khurram Jamali, Google Industry Manager UK and India Hotels Karthik Venkat, FourGB PR Associate Director Sara Whines, Distilled Senior Consultant David Scottymano, Travel Click Vice President eCommerce Jerome Wise, Revinate Director Strategic Operations Director Younes Hammoumi and eMarketing Eye CEO Rajith Dahanayake.
The conference was preceded by a tour of around 50 best travel bloggers to Dambulla, Sigiriya, Pollonaruwa, Kandy, Bentota and Galle since Friday.
