Colombo Pharmacy to rebrand as Colombo City Holdings

Shareholders of Colombo Pharmacy Company Plc approved several resolutions changing the future course of the operations at the EGM held on Friday.  

They approved Board’s decision to discontinue the pharmaceutical business and carry on the business of property development and any other related activities as well as any other business as directors may think proper from time to time.

Shareholders also voted for the change in the corporate name to Colombo City Holdings Plc.

Parent of Colombo Pharmacy is Environmental Resources Investment Plc (ERI) in which 29% stake was recently acquired by Taprobane Holdings Ltd.
