In action filled by Jit Warnakulasuriya, Director/shareholder of Serene Pavilions Ltd., the Commercial High Court of Colombo yesterday issued an interim order refraining Anura Lokuhetty and Dilani Lokuhetty and wrongly appointed Company Secretaries of the said company from acting as Director and Secretaries.
In a separate action filled by another Director, Sumith Guruge, the Commercial High Court of Colombo had already refrained Anura Lokuhetty’s son Nipuna Lokuhetty, Gamini Nettikumara and Wasantha Galagoda from acting as Directors of the same company.
