Dialog Axiata Plc said yesterday it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary under the name and style Digital Holdings Lanka Ltd.
“DHL will, going forward, function as Dialog Group’s investment holding company for new business areas,” the filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange by Dialog said.
