DIMO acclaimed as World Champions at Tata Motors Awards

DIMO has been acclaimed as world champions at the Tata Motors Awards winning a host of titles including the coveted ‘Distributor of the Year 2015 - Winner’, beating many other countries from around the world.

In addition to these awards DIMO also carried away the following awards: Distributor of the Year 2015 (New Product Introduction), Distributor of the Year 2015 (Network Development), Highest Sales SCV 2015 (Category A), Highest Sales Pickups 2015 (Category A), Highest Growth in Market Share 2015 (L&ICV Trucs ) , Highest Growth in Market Share 2015 (M&HCV Trucks) and Best Key Account Process Implementation 2015.

TATA M o t o r s A n n u a l Distributors Awards 2015 titled ‘Tata Motors One World’ was held on 21 March 2016 at the JW Marriott Hotel, New Delhi.

This annual gala awards ceremony recognises authorised distributors of Tata Motors from around the world. Sri Lanka was the first ever export country of Tata Motors 55 years ago and Tata has been maintaining its position as the No. 1 Commercial Vehicle brand in Sri Lanka. DIMO together with Tata Motors introduced DIMO Batta a decade ago, and this vehicle revolutionised the transportation of goods and people.

Tata Motors is a $42 billion organisation and a leading global automobile manufacturer of cars, utility vehicles, buses, trucks and defence vehicles. Having gone international in 1961, Tata vehicles can now be found in more than 50 countries.
