Diyawanne wake up for deluge desolation!

Parliament  meets today and this week's deluge should be a rude wake up call to all legislators to fix the perennial problem of floods in the city and suburbs because every other development is likely to be dwarfed by the sheer lack of management of floods caused by heavy downpour in the aspired Wonder of Asia.
