Ex-SEC Boss quits Blue Diamonds

Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide Plc in a stock exchange filing revealed that Dr. Dayanath Jayasuriya has resigned as Chairman and Director with effect from 23 June 2016. 

The announcement comes a day after the Company disclosed that Jayasuriya was appointed as Chairman and Non Executive Independent Director with effect from 20 June 2016.
