Organisational success depends on its people, and creating an environment that facilitates engagement is a key factor in driving performance in an organisation.
With strategic insights on what organisations did right in terms of employee engagement, Great Place To Work Institute – Sri Lanka presents its inaugural national conference ‘Driving Organisational Growth through Employee Engagement’ on 6 June at the Taj Samudra, Colombo, in collaboration with Taj Samudra, SriLankan Airlines, Noritake and Nations Trust Bank.
Bringing together leaders and experts in the corporate world from local and global platforms, this conference is the first-of-its-kind that is backed by research findings and case studies, elaborating on initiatives undertaken by organisations that have been recognised as ‘best workplaces’ during the past year.
The speakers of the conference represent diverse workplaces such as DIMO, John Keells Holdings, Virtusa, ACCA and the TATA Group. Marriot Hotels and Microsoft, which are considered to be internationally-acclaimed great workplaces, are to share their success stories at this event. The conference output would be timely and innovative, giving the participants a unique insight into the latest developments in building great workplaces.
