Havelock City preparing to build Sri Lanka’s largest shopping mall

Sri Lanka’s largest mixed development, Havelock City, has once again taken a progressive step forward by commencing test-piling ahead of schedule on the much anticipated world-class shopping mall of over 1.3 million sq. ft. of gross floor area.

“Our principal consultants have finalised the detail design development and the piling tender package should be out shortly,” stated a company spokesman. Sub structure construction commencement is penned for the third quarter of this year.
