Hayleys Plc announced yesterday that its 2 million issue of rated, unsecured and redeemable debentures, which were offered at an issue price of Rs. 1,000 each, for a total value of Rs. 2 billion was oversubscribed and consequently closed at 4:30 p.m. on 2 July 2013.
