Inflation eases to 9.2% in December

Reuters: Sri Lanka’s year-on-year inflation rate in December eased to 9.2% against 9.5% a month ago, according to data released yesterday by the Department of Census and Statistics.

Annual average inflation, measured on a 12-month moving average, rose to 7.6%, from 7.2% in November.
