The Ministry of Finance and Planning has announced that R.M.R.W. Manchanayake has been appointed to the post of Acting Commissioner General of the Inland Revenue Department with affect from 1 August 2014.
The appointment follows the recent retirement of Mallika Samarasekara who served as Commissioner General since 26 December 2011.
