IP case against Lanka Aluminium settled

A case filed in the Commercial High Court of Colombo by a manufacturer in respect of an alleged infringement of intellectual property rights by Lanka Aluminium has been settled.

The settlement was on the basis that both parties have withdrawn their claims against each other.
