Ernst & Young’s Head of Tax Services Lakmali Chandrika Gunawardene Nanayakkara has retired prematurely from the partnership after a period of 33 years to pursue academic and other interests.
Duminda Hulangamuwa will take over as the Head of Tax Services.
Following the developments, the E&Y practice will now be carried on by Asite Drupath Bandara Talwatte (Precedent Partner), Mututantrige Parakrama Devaka Cooray, Ranil Nilhan de Saram, Nishamani Ajitha De Silva, Yasmin Anoji de Silva, Wellege Ruvan Harsha Fernando (Head of Transaction Advisory Services), Weerawarna Kurukulasuriya Boosabaduge Sanath Prasitha Fernando, Aasiri Prabath Abeywickrema Gunasekera, Arjuna Herath, Duminda Kaluwalgoda Hulangamuwa (Head of Tax Services), Hector Manil Anthony Jayesinghe (Head of Assurance Service), Averil Anne Ludowyke, Gayathri Geethanjali Seneviratne Manatunga, Nishtar Muhammed Sulaiman and Buwanesh Ediriweera Wijesuriya.
