Mega deal in the offing!

A buzz within discerning investors this week was on a mega deal involving a quoted company and an unlisted entity.

The deal, given the nature of the exiting owners had seen closed-door protracted negotiations and an announcement is likely if it is signed and sealed today or tomorrow. Those in the know described the acquirer as famous for ‘market moving’ acquisitions whilst the unlisted entity was flagged off as one with a history of over 100 years and now a family concern with diversified interests and more prominently in trading.
