National Development Bank (NDB) announced that it has divested its 35%-owned leasing associate, Maldives Finance Leasing Company Ltd., to Tree Top Investments Ltd. at a price of $ 1.1 m, resulting in an estimated loss of Rs. 21.1 m (converted at an exchange rate of Rs. 130.5 per $).
