Several senior UNPers are tipped to be granted several portfolios in the new Cabinet which is likely to be formed over the weekend.
Premier Ranil Wickremesinghe, Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa, Leadership Council Chairman Karu Jayasuriya, Assistant Leader Ravi Karunanayake, Chairman and Secretary General Kabir Hashim, Joseph Michael Perera, John Amaratunga, Lakshman Kiriella, Gamini Jayawickrama Perera, Mangala Samaraweera, Thalatha Atukorala and Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe are tipped to be granted appointments.
Coalition partners will also nominate 13 for the Cabinet making it a total of 25 as per the election manifesto of President Maithripala Sirisena.
