Tourist arrivals to Sri Lanka in November rose by 16% to 167,217 persons, bringing the total for 11 months to 1.82 million, up by 15%.
Arrivals from Western Europe grew by 16% YoY to 46,565 persons in November 2016 whilst arrivals from East Asia rose 13% YoY to 31,586 persons. Arrivals from South Asia rose 12% YoY to 46,319 persons.
