Progressive Budget?

Active and vocal participants of the Colombo University MBA Alumni Association-Daily FT organised Forum on Monday voted for the 2014 Budget as being progressive.

In a SMS poll conducted by event partner zMessenger during the Forum, 66% of the respondents said it was progressive whilst 13% said it was pro-rich and another 7% pro-poor. zMessenger said over 250 SMSs were received from an audience of 800 and the response rate was over 30%.
