Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will address the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AmCham) on Wednesday 8 April at a Luncheon Meeting titled ‘The Prime Minister Speaks’.
Wickremesinghe will share with the business community the views of the Government on the business and economic environment.
Wickremesinghe’saddress will be followed by an interactive discussion with the participants on key issues of concern to the business community and the way forward for Sri Lanka. Participating at the event will be key Ministers, State and Deputy Ministers andsenior State officials. Also in attendance at the forum will be members of the Diplomatic Corps.
“We are indeed honoured and privileged to have the Prime Minister address the AmCham membership and we look forward to hearing from him, first-hand, his vision for the business community in Sri Lanka,” said AmCham Executive Director Radika Obeyesekere.
This is a landmark event for AmCham as it is the first time a Prime Minister will be addressing the membership in its 22-year history.
