A no-confidence motion is to be brought against Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake in the near future, Opposition lawmaker Bandula Gunawardena said yesterday at media conference held at Parliament.
UPFA MP Gunwardena, who mentioned the recent bond issue, accused the Minister of destroying the economy with failed economic policies.
However, Karunanayake told the media that he was not concerned by motions tabled against him and requested the Opposition to expedite the process.
