Softlogic Finance debenture nets Rs. 250 m at opening

Softlogic Finance Plc said yesterday it has received full subscription in respect of the first tranche amounting to Rs. 250 million of its Rs. 500 million debenture issue.
Subscription for the second tranche of 2.5 million senior rated unsecured redeemable listed three year debentures at Rs. 100 each is now open for acceptance, whilst the first tranche has been fully subscribed. The issue will close at 4.30 p.m. today, 23 August.
