Suntel dialing Dialog!

Suntel Ltd. is speculated to have narrowed its pick to Dialog Axiata dropping Vallibe One Ltd.

The Industry giant had submitted a bid worth between $ 26.5 million and $ 31 million to takeover wireless fixed line operator Suntel Ltd., whilst Vallibel One’s bid was worth $ 28 million.     

                                 

Industry sources claimed that Suntel was more aligned to Dialog’s bid which includes shedding 240 of its permanent staff out of 440.

Suntel has an estimated customer base of 350,000, with a strong footprint in the corporate market.
