Susil wants AG probe on CPC purchases

Petroleum Minister Susil Premajayantha has directed his Secretary R.H.S. Samaratunga to request the Auditor General to probe all urgent CPC purchases and stock management during the past one year.

The Minister had made this directive as per the CPC Act and purchases made between 1 August 2011 and 31 July 2012 will be scrutinised.
