Talks with Trade Unions: Ranil to make statement in P’ment today

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will make a special statement in Parliament today on the talks he had with trade union leaders over the weekend on the 2016 Budget.

A number of  trade unions have warned of strike action to win several demands which the Government has maintained as unreasonable and politically motivated.
